UK's "resigning" Lord Michael Bates, Truce Hero: Integrity Defined

Lord Michael Bates, hero of the Olympic Truce and our awardee (2012), resigned today for 'discourteously' arriving late to Parliamentary debate.

His bar-raising integrity stunned his colleagues.

We need more of this example: resignation NOT accepted by the Prime Minister or Queen!
